Payment in Full:
Payments may be made in full on or before your arraignment date. You must bring your copy of the citation with you and enter a plea. Cash, money orders, visa and mastercards are accepted. You will receive a receipt for your records.
Payment in Drop Box:
City Hall has a drop box in front of the building. Payments may be placed in the drop box when the Court is closed. Include identifying information with your payment. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE CASH.
Payment by Mail:
Payments may be made by mail. Your payment must include your name, citation or docket number, and be postmarked by the arraignment date. Receipts are not provided unless a self-addressed, stamped envelope is provided.
Payment by Credit Card:
Payment of fines and fees may be made by credit card through a telephone service or online through this website. To pay by credit card, you must have the citation number and the amount of fines/fees. To obtain these, call the Court, then call 1-800-530-8085.
If you want to make a payment online for faster processing use this website by clicking on the tab stating I Want To and then select Online Payments. Next select the tab for Municipal Court and follow the on-screen prompts.
Extensions or Time Pay Plans:
If you are unable to pay the fine and fees in full by your arraignment date, you must appear before the Judge on your arraignment date to request an extension. If you are unable to pay in full within 31 days, you may request a time pay plan. A fee of $25.00 will be added to the total costs. If the Judge accepts your request, you will be required to enter a plea and sign a contract assuring your payments to the Court. You will receive a copy of the contract for your records.
