Building Inspections

Inspections are required after obtaining permits. Building inspections are needed for construction and demolition of residential and commercial properties inside the City limits. The Building Official / Inspector will review and approve prospective building plans. After construction has begun, a building inspector will perform a number of inspections to insure that the building meets local and state codes.
